PR Collects processes limited business data to help merchants send invoice/payment-link emails and reconcile payment status.

Information we process

• Business contact details (name, email, company)
• Invoice metadata (invoice identifier, amounts, due dates)
• Message delivery status (sent timestamps)
• Payment status and transaction references returned by the payment provider

Payment information

PR Collects does not store full card numbers. Payment details are entered and processed in the merchant’s payment provider environment.

How we use information

• Generate and send invoice/payment-link emails on behalf of merchants
• Track payment status and reconcile invoice records
• Provide support, troubleshooting, and audit logs
• Protect the service against abuse and security threats

Sharing

We may share data with service providers needed to operate the platform and with the merchant’s payment provider for payment processing. We do not sell personal information.
