PR Collects (“we”, “us”) provides software that helps merchants send payment-enabled invoice links to their customers and track payment status for accounts receivable.

Payments and processing

PR Collects is not a bank or payment processor. Payments are processed by the merchant’s selected payment provider (e.g., KORT/PayHQ/Payfirma) and are subject to that provider’s terms. PR Collects does not store full card numbers.

Acceptable use

You agree to use PR Collects only for lawful business purposes and not to:

• send deceptive, unlawful, or abusive content,
• attempt unauthorized access to accounts or systems, or
• interfere with the security or performance of the service.

Availability

We aim for reliable service, but availability may be impacted by maintenance, updates, or events outside our control.
